New Beginnings

Before I go onto the main subject of the post i thought i would share with you all that last monday i finally got that lump that was growing pretty quickly in my mouth removed. I had to have surgery to have this done and i was awake throughout it all. It was not nice at all but its gone so im please. Sadly though because the surgeon had to remove soooo much tissue because of the size of the lump, there then wasnt enough tissue left to stitch the two sides together so i now have a huge lump in the floor of my mouth. Its weird as i can stick my tongue in it lol.

On other notes though, and back to the title, as of 1330 pm on Thursday 13th November,my self and my girlfriend offically became married. It was absoulty amazing and everythibg went as planned. I was so please and happy.

We stayed in a 4 star hotel for 4 nices and blinking heck we wasnt use to it. It was so strange saying can you add the meal to our tab etc instead of paying straight away. Weve decided though that we must go back. The treatment there was amazing and we went swimming aswell as it was all included in the price.

Our next big suprise is my wifes 21st birthday. All her presents are wrapped and ready, Now we just need the big day to arrive.

Wedding

For our special day we sent out the invites last month and asked for replies by 31st july which is today.

All of my family have replies which is lush but sadly only 3 people had replied from my other halfs so we sent out another messagse to people asking what they were doing.

My other halfs sister is still being mega pathetic and has said shes not coming and one of her brothers have said he has issues with how we are doing our special day so hes not coming either.
So out of the 3 siblings my other half has got, none are coming.

I feel gutted for her. Its totally unfair. All her mothers answer to it was, well its not really a wedding is it do you cant expect people to travel all that way for just a meal. Well lets just say i had had enough of their nastiness and i finally snapped explaining that it is a real wedding. We are legaally becoming mrs and mrs. We are devoting our lives to each other. Were just not inviting everyone to that particular part of the day and we dont want a party. Anyone that knows us both will know straight away a party is not us one bit so were not wasting money.

I just wish people, in particular would grow up and respect that this is how we want to get married.

In the end i had had such a shit time of their potty mouth that i walked out and took dixie for a stroll. Supidly though i went out for an hour and 20 minutes and then ate a family pack of chocolate.

To put it plainly i fucking hate them for what they are doing to us and how they are treating us.

Good News Today

Only one thing happened to day really and thats was...

Myself and my partner have been given the ok to get married.

We have proved that we are not related, we prove we are who we say we are and we answered every question correctly.

We also paid the 2nd part off.

Our paperwork has now been sent off to Truro for 15 days so that anyone who objects for us to get married can do so in this time.

If they dont, then our original plan goes the way we planned.

We will be getting married on Thursday 13th November 2014 at 1330!!

Excited isnt the word.

Weve also officially sent 5 invites out today. We have to get 6 more stamps tomorrow and the rest can be sent.

Excitment Ahead

Ok so I cant actually contain it any longer...

Myself and my partner has as of today booked our wedding...we can legally call each other wifey and hersband as of 13th November 2014 at 1330 hours!!

I am so excited!!

I know on the other hand that shit will come of this as we are not inviting any guestes. We are literally having our two best friends as our witnesses and our one best friends little boy as a ring holder. Weve decided to do it this way though because A we actually cant afford a massive do and B partying and standing up infront of a mass load of people not only isnt our thing but it scares the crap out of me.

What we have decided to do though is book a little village hall at some point next year where we can have a gathering of all our family and friends and say new vows to each other. This of course being when we both have enough confidence and money.

The best thing about us getting married this November is that now, any children that we are going to have can legally have both of our names on threir birth certificate where as before they couldnt. So our children will literally and officially be ours.

Goals And Challenges

After my shit news yesterday about potentially not being able to have children, I decided to set my self a challenge. Whilst I was in hospital last week, a very good friend of mind suggested I start knitting, it doesnt take much muscle mass to do and certainly doesnt take and lung power, so off I pop to youtube and have so far self taught myself how to make baby hats. I have currently made 2 for mine and my partners future children, I am hust waiting for more wool to arrive in the mail and ill be making my sisters baby a hat and ive also currently made two others of different sizes. These extra two hats are going towards my challenge. My challenge being that im going to make 30 baby hats for every NICU unit in England to which there are 165. So that roughly 4950 little baby hats I have set my self to knit. This for me would be an ace goal to achieve, not only because its keeping me busy but also, I cant do things like donate blood or stem cells any more because of my deterioration in gealrh so doing this will make me feel mentally great about being able to help both the tiny little babies who are poorly and also their families because not many clothes fit such small children. On average at the moment im making one hat a day as it does cause me cramps so I fear it could take me a little while to achieve my challenge, but im sure I will feel fantastic when not only the first box is done but also the 165th box just like I felt great after I made the first hat. I will keep you all up to date with my progress of course. In other news today Ive not been to great. I went down stairs briefly today as we purchased Dixie a paddling pool because she loves water, but that small amount for "doing somethinf" totally exhausted me and ive been asleep all afternoon as a result. In good news though, myself and my partner have been in contact the the local registry office in Bodmin about booking our wedding. They are just sorting a few things put and will be getting back to us. Marriage for us is super important as it means that legalky when we have children, because we are married we are both legally allowed on the birth certificate so both play an equal, fair and legal role withing any future childs life. Something New, Something Old And Something Different

Tonights title may or may not reflect on the actual string of events that im going to tell you about, but it sounded like a good title so I stuck with it. This morning I have to say, I wanted a lie in...what was I thinking!? 0730 came, and Dixie needed a wee and once I was a wake, I just couldnt re settled so I was up, dressed and breakfasted!! We had to do a quick mad dash to the post office though because with all that went on yesterday I had completly firgit to post mums card and present, so that was the first thing on our agenda sorted. After a spot of lunch, it was decided that the rabbits needed cleaning out and put in the run again to stretch their legs. Thankfully, it was only their potties and the bottom halves of the hutches that needed doing so didnt take to long to sort. Following this I needed a rest so decided to make the rainbow sock rabbit that I purchased at the campsite on Thursady. I have to say though it is very scary and looks very much like those rabbid rabbits if you know what they are. Whilst I was doing this, the girlfriend has started making wedding invitations. Yes, ok, the date isnt set yet, but theres no harm in preperation, especially as it has taken her all afternoon to do this one. Ops. Of course as usual, we took Dixie for a good old walk around the feild twice so she could stretch her legs as after a few days camping and being on her feet constantly I didnt want her cooped up for to long. So, the meaning of the title... Something new: making the sock rabbit Something old: cleaning out the rabbits Something different: we managed to put the tent outer canvas away as the sun came out and dried up the rain!! Update on the finger following yesterdays incident-bloody sore...that sums it up really...oh, that and it still keeps bleeping on and off. At last minute tonight also, weve just managed to book a table at pizza hut in Truro for my other half mum for mothers day. Im going to try really hard not to eat bad things though as I really reallyvreally dont want to put on to much weight this week!!
