Busy Bee

Alarms should not have been inveted. I hate them. I had to wake up early this morning because I had to go to the GP to have blood taken. I initially thought this day was going to be hell because the steroid nasal spray I ordered last week hadnt been authorised by the doctor. Its meant to take 24 hours, im currently on day 7 so now and urgent message had to be re sent to the doctor. I then went to log in to say I had arrived for my bloods - and the computer crashed, so I cued up and had to register like the good old days...the lady at reception was being so slow that by the time it was my tern, it was then showing I was ten minutes late. Not impressed. I should have my blood tests by Friday though and we will be able to see whether im going to need more medication for my phosphate. When we got home, as I was down stairs, me and the other half decided to finish the run we had built so that our three boys could finally run around again. We are so impressed with our handy work, what do you think:
After this I had to drop my other half into benardos so she could do her good deed of the week and I went home to bed as I was exhausted already...so much so I fell asleep untill she came home again which was roughlu 4.5 hours. Whoops. Its ok though, I made up good time by knitting 3 more baby hats this morning. It is coming along quickly now. Ive completed 19 altogether now and I have another potentially 2 people donating more wool to me to complete my challenge. Tonight I made my smallest hat so far, here is a picture of it next to my ventolin inhaler for a comparison:
Please continue to support me by donating just a small amount and also sharing my just giving page: https://www.justgiving.com/Charlie-Hockaday-Williams Tonight me and the lady have also put a menu together for our wedding meal and sent it back to the hotel we want to go to for pricing so hopfully by the end of next week we gave get our invites sent out. Im day as you can see has been rather scatty, but it has exhausted me so much that I am just finishing my physio and im off to try and sleep. TTFN XXXX

Scream And Shout And Let It All Out.

Lush little day. Well, thats how it started any how. Myself and the lady to Dixie for a walk like usual. I then had to drop my other half at the camel trail as she was meeting up with her healthy lady. To which they done more walking and then as soon as I picked her back up an hour later we went off swimming. Unfortunatly we didnt stay as long as we would have liked because a mass load of holiday makers came in and took over the place. When we got home, it was roughly time to feed Dixie. (And heres where the title comes from.) Two seconds after we put Dixies food down on the floor, my other halfs mum walks in from upstairs, demands for us to pick up Dixies food because her dog was coming in. We asked her to wait a few minutes to give Dixie time to actually eat, but no she storms in, picks it up and puts it on the table leaving Dixie with nothing. I wouldnt mind but we warm Dixies meat up as she prefers it like that and each time its being taken away from her, it then goes warm and then she eats nothing. The next thing to which not only pissed me off but upset me is that I had the two youngest rabbits in the run as we didnt manage to get them in there yesterday.Dixie was casually outside laying in the sun, not having a care in the world about the rabbits. My other half mum comes down stairs again and I told her, ease dont let Lottie out right now as Dixie is out there and the rabbits are still in the run. So what does she go and do. Let Lottie out and she strolls back in. Immediatly I can hear that they were up to no good, and she must of to as she goes back out side and is shouting at her dog to get off the run. Next thing I know, shes ran indoors screaming at me saying the rabbits have got out the run. (Same scenario as yesterday). We manage to get the dogs back inside and then she stands over me whilst watching me struggle with two rabbits and the run and says to me "how are they managing to get out all of a. Sudden?!". Admittedly my response was sharp and it went something like "because your dog keeps jumping on the run, pulling it around (to which there are now small holes in the canvas) and they have ripped up the pegs leaving a massive hole for them to hop in and out. Next time, one dog out her at a time and we will have to watch them". After sorting them out, I went back in and got a little upset, because if it was Spice who I call my grampher rabbit, he would have been dead. Hes 7 years old so is bloody old for a rabbit and we are actually suprised hes still going. But the stress of a dog jumping on him would literally give him a heart attack. As a rest, im not blinking scared to let him in the run which is unfair. Tonight because I was so stressed and upset, I asked my other half if we could take Dixie fir her second walk early and then go upstairs to bed and watch a film. To which she said yes and thats where I am now...though the film has finished and I am nowing doing my bed time nebulisers and physio. The film we watch by the way was "inhabited". Ive had it for years but my lovely lady has never seen it...she kept jumping and cuddling into me as she was so scared ha. Its only a 12 I think as well. Bless her. Well, its been another long day for me, and im ready for the planned PJ weekend so ill chat to you all tomorrow. TTFN XXXX

Lots As Usual!!

Time has literally flew by over the last 24 hours and ive really enjoyed it, even if it has killed my muscles. Yesterday, we had to clean out our three rabbits. With me being stuck in bed all week they havnt been cleaned out and had got very poopified. My other half cant do it on her own as shes not 100% with handling them yet where as ive had the one rabbit 5 years now so very much use to them. Other than that really, we just walked the pup around a pond whilst my other half had an appointment and then also walked her around the field a few hours later. After that, weve literally chilled all afternoon/evening and it was great. Today has pretty much been the same. Weve put all the rabbits in the run all day and we took the pup to the field. This time though with walking the pup, because as of today she can now go in fresh water, we took her in the stream at the bottom of the field and she was in her eliment. We didnt think she would go in very well, and initially our thoughts were correct (due to her falling in the pond at 7 weeks old) so my other half with her bright orange wellies, jumped in the stream and started splashing. Dixie was straight in. She was hilarious. She was copying my other half by splashing with her two front paws but then also trying to eat the water that was flying in the air. After this she started digging in the soft mud under the water and then was doing circuit's around us both, in the water, back to the field then back to the water. I really wish I had recorded it as we were in fits of laughter. She also learnt a new trick which was fetch and bring back. Were so proud of her as shes learnt so much for just 14 weeks old. Whilst out walking I saw a perfect composition in my head for a photo to enter into a competition so when we got Dixie home, we grabbed my camera, went back to the field and captured it. That photo has been submitted as of tonight so ill get the results in 3 weeks so fingures crossed. I also booked another mini break for myself and the other half for May time. Its another camping trip in Devon. It was a voucher on group on so I couldnt resist really. Got a fair few mini breaks coming up whichll give us something to look forward to. We also had our amazeballs moses basket/ rocker arrive today. It wasnt meant to get here untill next week so we were beaming when it arrived today. Its come all the way from America as they dont sell them in this country. Although we dont have a baby as of yet, I couldnt stop myself from buying it. We just have to store the thing now ha.
